Then we put it out there in the world and see what happens - learn some more and keep the cycle going. Each time brings deeper clarity about who we are and a deeper understanding of the world around us. This is consciousness expansion and it ripples out. The more you heal, the more you heal the world around you even it doesn't always feel like it.
